Appeals court10 year sentence upheld for violent robbery in 2018

A man who was involved in a robbery and assault on an elderly couple in December 2018 has failed to appeal his original sentence.

The accused was part of a group of five who broke into an apartment in Bereldange, threatening the elderly occupants with a gun and a knife. They stole money and jewellery from the couple, who were aged 73 and 83 at the time of the attack.
