
Two children were wounded at approximately 8 am on Wednesday morning in Moutfort after a school bus collided with a house.
According to the police reports, the back of the bus has come into contact with the front of the house and the impact was sufficient enough to cause the window to shatter.
The two injured schoolchildren, a little shaken, were injured by the glass debris but could were treated at the scene by emergency services personnel.
The road was closed to traffic until 10 am.
In another incident, not too far away, two cars hit each other in Munsbach shortly before 8 am.
The accident occurred on the rue du Château and resulted in injuries to three people.
Two ambulances from Luxembourg and Junglinster intervened as well as the firefighters from Niederanven-Schuttrange and a police patrol.
