During the congress, the party presented the 6 candidates (3 men and 3 women) that will run in the upcoming European elections. The majority of the party's members voted in favour of the six proposed candidates.
Top candidate Gast Gibéryen argued that ADR had the best candidate list of all political parties. His party would also bank on a good electoral programme that opposes the federalist evolution of the European Union, he explained.
Gibéryen also seized the opportunity to talk about national politics and to address, among other things, the election analysis of former CSV president Marc Spautz.
The party's electoral programme will follow on 25 April.
