In the future, there will be additional support available for people who want to create their own businesses
The president of Nyuko, Robert Goeres, explained that Nyuko has returned to its fundamental idea of supporting and stimulating entrepreneurship, putting these ideas into practice. Nyuko helps budding entrepreneurs with the pre-creation of their business.
For the BCEE, the partnership is an opportunity to support businesses from the beginning and to get more visibility in the professional domain. BCEE general director Françoise Thoma stressed that the support will not just be directed at tech start-ups.
Thoma emphasised the bank's record of supporting more traditional businesses for a long time, explaining that the BCEE would like to extend the same privileges to newer and younger businesses.
The aim is to support all kinds of businesses, not just those in modern domains like Fintech, but all young entrepreneurs who want to launch something new. Thoma added that the BCEE wants to use its experience to support these entrepreneurs in a variety of ways: traditional financial support, but also legal advice.
Until recently, Nyuko was located at the House of Startups, but has since moved to the House of Entrepreneurship in Kirchberg in order to regroup all start-up related services in one place.
