The car was reported stolen in Schengen on Monday, when the owner noticed it had disappeared from Route de Vin at 5.45pm.
Luxembourgish police informed their French and German counterparts. French police reported the discovery of the car on Tuesday, although the thief was not identified. An investigation is underway.
