The thief approached the victim at a cashpoint and told them that they forgot to take all of the money from the machine. He then offered them two ten-euro bills, while simultaneously grabbing the person’s card.
The suspect was described as being between the age of 30 and 40, speaking French, wearing glasses, as well as a brown jacket with a hood. So far, the police have not yet been able to identify the con artist, so the victim has filed an official complaint.
