The road has been closed since April and before this point, the condition of the road was causing serious amounts of criticism. The work was due to start in January, but was delayed to April 2019.
Our reporter went to the road to see how the works are progressing. The route is due to reopen to motorists over the course of next year.
Despite construction still continuing, there is already a clear difference in the condition of the N10, as the below video of the road before the works shows.
