According to initial reports, a person riding an e-scooter was hit by a car at the pedestrian crossing near the petrol station on Rue du Viaduc in Erpeldange-sur-Sûre shortly before 10am on Tuesday.
Police are appealing for witnesses who saw the accident or who may be able to provide information about how it happened, the vehicle involved, or its driver.
