A yellow weather alert for high temperatures remains in effect until noon on Thursday, with showers, possible thunderstorms, and strong winds expected in the early afternoon. Meteolux and LU-Alert warned of "moderate heat stress", which could cause fatigue or exhaustion during prolonged exposure or physical activity outdoors.

A weather front is then forecast to bring showers in the early afternoon, with thunderstorms also possible. Strong winds could stir up dust from the dry ground.

Conditions are expected to settle after the rain, with dry weather and light cloud returning.
