A man had to be pulled from the Moselle River in Grevenmacher on Monday, police confirmed to RTL. According to police, the individual was successfully resuscitated at the scene before being transported to hospital for further treatment.
Eyewitnesses told RTL that a large-scale emergency response was deployed, with several police patrols present on both the Luxembourg and German sides of the river, as well as emergency medical teams.
