MeteoLux advises that between 15 and 30 litres of rain per square metre could fall within a 12-hour period, between Sunday evening and Monday morning.
MeteoLux has issued a yellow alert for heavy rain, in place between 6pm on Sunday and 7am on Monday, which applies to the whole country.
