In the early hours of Saturday morning, a man was mugged by two individuals in Clausen. The perpetrators approached their victim at around 4.30am and began a conversation, distracting him while they took his mobile phone and some cash. Both fled the scene, but were caught by police a short time later. The two suspects were arrested by order of the public prosecutor's office.

On Sunday afternoon, a man had a gold chain ripped from around his neck while walking on Place de la Gare in the capital. The thief ran away towards Bonnevoie, but was caught by police some time later at the main train station and consequently arrested.

A motorist was arrested in Ell on Saturday after crashing into a child's stroller. The child, who was accompanied by two adults at the time, suffered a broken leg in the incident and was taken to hospital. It later transpired that the driver responsible had been under the influence of alcohol. He was duly taken into custody and his vehicle impounded.
