CFL has announced that multiple rail lines will see partial closures in July as the network continues its efforts to modernise Luxembourg's train network.

The line 10, which connects Luxembourg, Troisvierges, and Gouvy, will not travel between Luxembourg and Ettelbruck from Monday 22 to Wednesday 24 July.

There will be further disruptions on lines 60 (Luxembourg - Esch-sur-Alzette - Pétange - Rodange) and 90 (Luxembourg - Bettembourg - Thionville - Metz - Nancy). There will be no trains between Luxembourg and Bettembourg from Saturday 13 July to Sunday 21 July.

The CFL will organise rail replacement buses and signpost these at the affected stations.

There will be further rail works in August and September. No trains will run between Ettelbruck and Diekirch from Saturday 24 August and Sunday 15 September. Trains will also not operate between Ettelbruck and Troisvierges for the same period.

Further works will see no trains running between Luxembourg and Ettelbruck from Friday 27 September at 10pm and Sunday 29 September.

Line 30 (Luxembourg - Wasserbillig - Trier) will also be affected by construction works. There will be no trains between Oetrange and Trier on the weekend of 14 and 15 September and between Saturday 24 August and Sunday 8 September. Trains will not operate between Luxembourg and Oetrange on the weekend of 28 and 29 September.

Finally, lines 60 90 will see further works and will have no trains running between Luxembourg and Bettembourg from Monday 19 to Friday 23 August.
