1997 holds the sad record of incarcerating 72 minors. More recently, the highest number of underage individuals sentenced to prison in Schrassig was in 2004, in which 37 minors were incarcerated.
Braz highlighted a positive trend, as the lowest average of minors incarcerated since 1992 occurred in 2015 (4) and 2018 (6), creating an average of 12 minor incarcerations each year in the period between 2014 and 2018.
No minors have been incarcerated at the Givenech penitentiary centre.
