A woman was sentenced to 18 months imprisonment with probation, one condition of which involves paying financial compensation to the Post Group within 5 years.

She was charged with stealing roughly €65,000 between 2015 and 2018. She was also fined €2,500.

The accused, who was fired following the incident, had been responsible of transferring the money from one till to the other. However, the money never seemed to make it: she had fraudulently moved it to her own account, and spent most of it travelling.

6 months in prison and a €1,500 fine: this is the verdict the State courts gave to a woman who had been sued for inciting hate. She did not turn up for her case.

The woman had commented on a video that people deserved to be stood against the wall and shot. She then further attacked non-Luxembourg nationals in poor Luxembourgish.
