Emergency services report an accident on Rue de Soleuvre in Differdange. The crash took place around 9.00pm on Saturday. Two cars were involved and two people suffered injuries.
Another accident, this time involving only one car, occurred on Avenue de l’Europe near the Belgian border in Rodange shortly after 3.30am.
The vehicle caught fire and one person was injured. Emergency services from Pétange, first responders from Esch and first aid workers from Belgium and Pétange were at the scene.
