According to initial information, the unknown perpetrators had entered the house via the balcony. No more information is available, the police are investigating.
Another burglary was reported in Belair on Friday afternoon.
Drink driving incidents
Shortly after 2am on Saturday morning, a police patrol in the Bleesbruck area spotted a car driving in a zigzag pattern.
A check confirmed the suspicion that the driver had been drinking. The breath test was positive, the driving license was revoked, and the car was impounded.
Also in Mondercange, a driver was stopped for drinking behind the wheel at around 11.30 pm on Friday evening. Again, the driver’s license was confiscated.
