A kitchen fire occurred in Eischen at 9.30pm on Sunday. Firefighters from Mamer, Habscht, and Steinfort were called to the scene to extinguish the flames.
The hot and dry weather has further increased the risk of forest fires in Luxembourg. A small wildfire erupted in Schlindermanderscheid early on Sunday evening. Firefighters from Bourscheid, Hosingen, and Kiischpelt were deployed to get the situation under control.
