Shortly after 5pm on Monday, two cars collided in Oetrange. According to the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS), one person was injured.
At 10.42pm, a more serious accident occurred on the N11 between Junglinster and Graulinster, involving a car and a moped. An emergency medical team (SAMU) from Luxembourg City was among the emergency services called to the scene.
The CGDIS also reported a lorry whose brakes caught fire at the Pontpierre service area, as well as a small rubbish fire on Rue Dernier Sol in Bonnevoie.
