According to the police statement, there were 3 instances of assault between 8 and 8.30pm, each time involving 3 youths.
One individual was attacked without reason in front of a bar on Avenue Pasteur.
Two people had their bag and headphones stoles on, respectively, Avenue Victor Hugo and Avenue de la Porte Neuve.
Police were able to identify one suspect. The presumed perpetrator was arrested around midnight and brought before an examining magistrate.

A person was bitten and injured on Rue Kelvert in Niederkorn. In Dudelange, a man was rampaging on Rue de la Libération to the point where police had to intervene.
Alcohol was involved in many of the cases. A few excessively hostile individuals were arrested as they posed a threat to themselves and others.
Around 2.20am on Saturday morning, a drunk driver damaged the wall of a house and quickly fled the scene. He was, however, able to be identified and found to be under the influence.
