The site of the fly-tipping was on a walking path near Nocher.
According to the RTL reader who reported the issue, the person fly-tipping must have done so either on 30 April or 1 May, as the reader walks along this route every day.
The police, customs officials, and the Nature Conservation Agency have been informed.
