Folschette delivered a commanding performance in Hobscheid on a rain-soaked day, clinching promotion to the First Division with a 4-1 victory over Oberkorn in front of 721 spectators. The Division Two side took control early, with Laurent Da Silva opening the scoring after just 17 minutes.
Abdelaziz Kolingba Nzanga doubled Folschette’s advantage on the half-hour mark, before making it 3-0 shortly after the break. Oberkorn managed to pull one back through Lucas Moreira Marques just after the hour.
Still, any hopes of a comeback were short-lived as Dalil Boujjia restored Folschette's three-goal cushion in the 73rd minute.
The final whistle confirmed a 4-1 win for Folschette, who will now compete in the First Division next season. Oberkorn, by contrast, are relegated.
