UEFA drawLuxembourgish teams learn European fate for qualifying rounds

Luxembourg's four European representatives learned their first-round opponents on Tuesday, as the draws for Champions League and Conference League qualification took place in Nyon, Switzerland.
Thanks to Louis Marasi's goal, Bissen secured not only their first championship title, but also their first participation in the Champions League qualifiers.

The draw for European competition qualification took place on Tuesday in Nyon, Switzerland.

Luxembourg champions FC Atert Bissen will fly the flag in the Champions League qualifiers, while cup winner FC Differdange 03, US Mondorf, and UNA Strassen will compete in the Conference League qualifiers.

In the first qualifying round of the Champions League, Bissen have been paired with KÍ Klaksvík from the Faroe Islands. The first legs are scheduled for 7 and 8 July, with the return matches taking place the following week. Bissen will play the opening fixture away from home.

Conference League: Differdange heads to Finland, Mondorf to Georgia, Strassen to San Marino

Alongside the Champions League first round, the draw for the first qualifying round of the Conference League was also held.

Differdange will face Ilves Tampere of Finland, Mondorf have been drawn against Dinamo Tbilisi of Georgia, and Strassen will take on La Fiorita of San Marino.

All three Luxembourg clubs will enjoy home advantage in the first leg, scheduled by UEFA for 9 July, with the return matches set for the following week.
