The team of Luxembourg show jumper Victor Bettendorf has won the Global Champions League in Miami Beach. Bettendorf’s team was the only one to complete all four rounds without a single fault.
Bettendorf, competing with his team “Madrid in Motion,” secured victory at the Concours de Saut International (CSI5) five-star event in Miami Beach, Florida. The tournament is scored across two show jumping competitions, with two riders participating per team.
In the first jumping round, held at 1.60 metres, Bettendorf did not compete as part of “Madrid in Motion” but rather in the individual classification. In the second test, at 1.55 metres, Bettendorf represented his team riding his horse, Atchoum de la Roque Z.
The Luxembourg rider’s team ultimately proved to be the only one to finish the four rounds without any errors. This performance allowed them to prevail against the competition in Miami and take home the Global Champions League title. A total of 15 teams took part in the event.
