Accounting Employee / Expenses

We are seeking a experiences Accountant to our client, a dynamic and internationally-focused institution for their finance team in Luxembourg, on a consulting contract basis.

Responsibilities:

• Verify travel expenses in accordance with the Bank's travel policy.
• Provide assistance to travelers with travel reimbursement issues.
• Verifying vendor invoices and assisting in the "Procure to Pay" process.
• Assist in the payment process for other administrative expenses.
• Assistance in the VAT compliance process
• Accounting and reconciliation activities
• Assistance with financial reporting
• Other administrative and clerical tasks

Your profile:

• You have 2–5 years in a finance, administrative, or accounting support role
• You are graduated in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• You are comfortable with learning new accounting projects
• You are fluent in English; additional proficiency in French or German is an asset
• You are detail-oriented, reliable, communicative, with a proactive attitude
