Das Luxemburgische Paralympische Komitee (LPC) ist das Nationale Paralympische Komitee und
zuständig für den Leistungs- und Breitensport von Menschen mit Behinderungen in Luxemburg.
Das LPC setzt sich aktiv für Inklusion und die Teilnahme von Menschen mit Behinderung an allen
sportlichen Aktivitäten ein. Unsere Athletinnen und Athleten vertreten Luxemburg weltweit bei
Meisterschaften bis hin zu den Paralympischen Spielen.

In diesem Kontext spielen der/die Para Trainer*in eine Schlüsselrolle

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Para-Tischtennisprogramms in Luxemburg
• Planung und Durchführung von regelmäßigen Trainingseinheiten für Para-Athlet*innen
• Erstellung individueller Trainings- und Entwicklungspläne
• Betreuung der Athlet*innen bei nationalen und internationalen Wettkämpfen
• Organisation und Durchführung von Trainingslagern und Lehrgangsmaßnahmen im In-
und Ausland
• Zusammenarbeit mit den Tischtennisvereinen, dem Tischtennisverband (FLTT) sowie
medizinischen und sportwissenschaftlichen Partnern
• Talentsichtung und Aufbau eines nachhaltigen Nachwuchs- und Talentförderkonzepts im
Para-Tischtennis
• Mitarbeit an strategischen Konzepten zur Weiterentwicklung des Para-Sports in
Luxemburg sowie Übernahme administrativer Aufgaben im Kontext des Stellenprofils

Kompetenzprofil:

• Erfahrung im Leistungs- oder Nachwuchsleistungssport sowie im Umgang mit Athletinnen
und Athleten
• Begeisterung für die Arbeit mit Sportler*innen mit Behinderungen
• Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Motivation

Qualifikationen:

• Trainerlizenz im Tischtennis
• idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Para Sport wünschenswert
• Studium im Bereich Sportwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
wünschenswert
• Die erforderlichen sportfachlichen Qualifikationen müssen in Luxemburg anerkannt sein
bzw. eine entsprechende Anerkennung muss möglich

Le Comité Paralympique Luxembourgeois (LPC) est le Comité Paralympique National
responsable du sport de haut niveau et du sport pour tous des personnes en situation de
handicap au Luxembourg. Le LPC s'engage activement en faveur de l'inclusion et de la
participation des personnes en situation de handicap à toutes les activités sportives. Nos athlètes
représentent le Luxembourg dans le monde entier lors de championnats, jusqu'aux Jeux
Paralympiques.

Dans ce contexte, l'entraîneur·e joue un rôle clé.

Missions et responsabilités:

• Développer et améliorer le programme de para tennis de table au Luxembourg
• Planifier et encadrer des séances d'entraînement régulières pour les para athlètes
• Élaborer des plans d'entraînement et de développement individualisés
• Encadrer les athlètes lors de compétitions nationales et internationales
• Organiser et encadrer des stages et formations au niveau national et international
• Collaborer avec les clubs de tennis de table, la Fédération de tennis de table (FLTT), ainsi
qu'avec des partenaires médicaux et en sciences du sport
• Détecter les talents et mettre en place un concept durable de formation des jeunes et de
développement des talents en para tennis de table
• Contribuer à des concepts stratégiques pour le développement du para sport au
Luxembourg et assurer des tâches administratives liées au poste

Profil de compétences:

• Expérience dans le sport de haut niveau ou le sport de performance des jeunes ainsi que
dans l'encadrement d'athlètes
• Intérêt marqué pour le travail avec des sportifs en situation de handicap
• Esprit d'équipe, excellentes compétences en communication et forte motivation

Qualifications:

• Licence d'entraîneur en tennis de table
• Une première expérience en para sport est un atout
• Diplôme en sciences du sport ou qualification équivalente souhaité
• Les qualifications sportives requises doivent être reconnues au Luxembourg ou
susceptibles de l'être

The Luxembourg Paralympic Committee (LPC) is the National Paralympic Committee responsible
for elite and grassroots sports for people with disabilities in Luxembourg. LPC actively promotes
inclusion and the participation of people with disabilities in all sporting activities. Our athletes
represent Luxembourg worldwide at championships up to the Paralympic Games.

In this context, the Para Coach plays a key role.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Development and continuous improvement of the para table tennis program in
Luxembourg
• Planning and conducting regular training sessions for para athletes
• Creating individual training and development plans
• Coaching athletes at national and international competitions
• Organizing and conducting training camps and courses both nationally and
internationally
• Collaboration with table tennis clubs, the Table Tennis Federation (FLTT), as well as
medical and sports science partners
• Talent identification and development of a sustainable youth and talent development
concept in para table tennis
• Contribution to strategic concepts for the further development of para sport in
Luxembourg and handling administrative tasks related to the position

Competency Profile:

• Experience in elite or youth competitive sports and working with athletes
• Passion for working with athletes with disabilities
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and high motivation

Qualifications:

• Table tennis coaching license
• Ideally, initial experience in para sport
• Degree in sports science or comparable qualification is an advantage
• Required sports-specific qualifications must be recognized in Luxembourg or
recognition must be possible
