Missions :
• Accueillir nos clients à leur arrivée et assurer le transfert vers leur hôtel
• Informer les clients des possibilités de loisirs sur place durant leur séjour
• Porter assistance à nos clients en cas de besoin
• Représenter la Compagnie auprès des nos clients et partenaires locaux (hôtels, transporteurs, …)
• Vérifier et maintenir le standard de qualité sur la destination
Profil requis:
Critères minimaux requis :
- Disposer d’une formation en tourisme ou une expérience professionnelle dans le domaine touristique/hôtelière
- Etre prêt(e) à vous expatrier durant plusieurs mois et être disposé(e) à travailler suivant un horaire irrégulier ainsi que de se déplacer sur plusieurs destinations pendant la saison si nécessaire
- Etre détenteur d’un permis de conduire cat. B
- Maitriser les outils informatiques usuels
- Maitriser les langues française, allemande et anglaise
Candidat idéal :
- Etre dynamique et avoir le sens de responsabilité
- Avoir un excellent sens de contact client et une image soignée
- La connaissance du luxembourgeois et de toute autre langue sera considérée comme un atout
Informations complémentaires:
- Contrat saisonnier à l’étranger d’une durée minimale de 7 mois et maximale de 10 mois à partir de mi-février tous les ans

- Information der Kunden über Freizeitmöglichkeiten während ihres Aufenthalts
- Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei Bedarf
- Vertretung des Unternehmens gegenüber unseren Kunden und lokalen Partnern (Hotels, Transportunternehmen usw.)
- Überprüfung und Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards am Reiseziel
Anforderungsprofil:
Mindestanforderungen:
- Ausbildung im Tourismus oder Berufserfahrung im Tourismus‑/Hotelbereich
- Bereitschaft, mehrere Monate im Ausland zu leben, unregelmäßige Arbeitszeiten zu akzeptieren und bei Bedarf während der Saison an verschiedene Reiseziele zu wechseln
- Führerschein der Kategorie B
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Computerprogrammen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der französischen, deutschen und englischen Sprache
Idealer Kandidat
- Dynamisch und verantwortungsbewusst
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
- Kenntnisse in Luxemburgisch oder weiteren Sprachen sind von Vorteil
Zusätzliche Informationen
Saisonvertrag im Ausland mit einer Mindestdauer von 7 Monaten und einer Höchstdauer von 10 Monaten, beginnend jedes Jahr Mitte Februar.

Profil
Minimum Requirements
- Training in tourism or professional experience in the tourism/hospitality sector
- Willingness to live abroad for several months and to work irregular hours, as well as to travel to multiple destinations during the season if necessary
- Holder of a category B driving licence
- Proficiency in standard computer tools
- Fluency in French, German, and English
Ideal candidate
- Dynamic and responsible
- Excellent customer service skills and a well‑presented appearance
- Knowledge of Luxembourgish or any additional language is considered an asset
Additional Information
Seasonal contract abroad lasting a minimum of 7 months and a maximum of 10 months, starting mid‑February each year.
