Who we are
SolarCleano is an ambitious start-up based in Luxembourg. You will be part of a young and dynamic research and development team with responsibilities from day one with great freedom to manage your projects in a fast-paced environment. We specialize in Solar Panel Cleaning Robots that significantly increase the efficiency of their installations.
We design and build autonomous cleaning robots, combining advanced robotics, automation, and embedded systems. Our robots operate in real-world industrial environments, and we are expanding our team to ensure top-level customer support and reliability across hardware and software.

Your role:
• Lead and contribute to autonomous algorithms, from ideation to robot deployment
• Build tools enabling performance validation
• Code/train/tune/evaluate/benchmark autonomous algorithms
• Deploy and support algorithms on operating robot

Required skills:
• Master or PhD in Robotics or equivalent 
• 3+ years of professional experience developing software for robotics systems
• 3+ years writing C++ code
• Proficiency with ROS
• Experience with robotics standard for autonomy: route planning, maneuver planning, path planning, control

Nice to have:
• Point cloud and image standard algorithms
• Machine learning and related tools (pytorch, tensor) practice
• Github, Docker practice
