Planung, Beschaffung und Unterstützung automatisierter PVB- und PDLC-Vorbereitungsprozesse für Dachsysteme, unter Sicherstellung von Kosten-, Qualitäts- und Zeitvorgaben gemäß dem Produktentwicklungsprozess (PEP)
Identifizierung und Implementierung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten in den PVB- und PDLC-Vorbereitungs-, Laminierungs- und Materialhandhabungsschritten zur Steigerung der Effizienz, Qualität und Kostenleistung
Entwicklung, Validierung und Optimierung von PVB- und PDLC-Verarbeitungsmethoden für verschiedene Dachanwendungen, einschließlich Verbundglas, intelligentes Glas und schaltbare Sonnendachsysteme
Durchführung von Materialanalysen und Leistungstests zur Bewertung der PVB- und PDLC-Qualität und zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung optischer, mechanischer, thermischer und sicherheitstechnischer Anforderungen
Enge interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit und Shopfloor-Management mit Projektmanagement, Engineering, Qualität, Logistik, Produktion und Controlling, um sicherzustellen, dass Projektmeilensteine und Produktions-KPIs für neue und Serien-Dachprojekte erreicht werden



Das bringst du bei uns ein:

Ein abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium (z. B. Materialwissenschaften, Polymertechnik, Maschinenbau oder Ähnliches)
Alternativ eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung mit Weiterqualifikation als Meister/Techniker und mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der Verarbeitung von PVB, PDLC oder Verbundglas
Schulung oder Bereitschaft zur Schulung im Zusammenhang mit Polymerfolien, Laminierungstechnologien oder Smart-Glas-Materialien
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Produktionsumgebungen, idealerweise in Automobildachsystemen, Verbundglasfertigung oder Smart-Glazing-Technologien, einschließlich Implementierung und Optimierung von PVB-/PDLC-Prozessen
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Polymermaterialien, Laminatstrukturen und Prozesstechnologien, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in PVB-Trocknung, Zuschnitt, Lay-up und PDLC-Folienintegration
Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Material- und optischen/mechanischen Tests, einschließlich Kenntnissen der relevanten Standards (z. B. Sicherheitsglas, Lichtdurchlässigkeit, Trübung, Haftungstests)
Kenntnisse von Qualitätsmanagementsystemen und Erfahrung in der Einhaltung von Industriestandards und Automobilanforderungen


You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

 Planning, procurement and support of automated PVB and PDLC preparation processes for roof systems, ensuring adherence to cost, quality and time specifications according to the product development process (PDP)
 Identification and implementation of improvement opportunities in the PVB and PDLC preparation, lamination and material handling steps to increase efficiency, quality and cost performance.
 Development, validation and optimization of PVB and PDLC processing methods for various roofing applications, including laminated glass, smart glass and switchable solar roof systems.
 Conducting material analyses and performance tests to evaluate the quality of PVB and PDLC and to ensure compliance with optical, mechanical, thermal and safety requirements.
 Close interdisciplinary collaboration and shop floor management with project management, engineering, quality, logistics, production and controlling to ensure that project milestones and production KPIs are achieved for new and series roof projects.

Here's what you bring to the table:

 A completed engineering degree (e.g., materials science, polymer technology, mechanical engineering, or similar)
 Alternatively, a completed technical vocational training with further qualification as a master craftsman/technician and several years of experience in the processing of PVB, PDLC or laminated glass.
 Training or willingness to provide training in connection with polymer films, lamination technologies or smart glass materials
 Several years of experience in production environments, ideally in automotive roof systems, laminated glass manufacturing or smart glazing technologies, including implementation and optimization of PVB/PDLC processes.
 Solid knowledge of polymer materials, laminate structures and process technologies, ideally with experience in PVB drying, cutting, lay-up and PDLC film integration.
 Experience in conducting material and optical/mechanical tests, including knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., safety glass, light transmission, opacity, adhesion tests)
 Knowledge of quality management systems and experience in complying with industry standards and automotive requirements
