Position based in Lintgen, Luxembourg
Relocation planned this year to our brand-new Industry 4.0 plant in Bissen, a modern site designed to enhance both team collaboration and industrial performance.

Your mission

As lean manufacturing coordinator lead the deployment of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies at group level to optimize industrial performance, improve production flows, and reduce waste. You will also support teams in change management through training, coaching, and continuous improvement project leadership in collaboration with the company's different departments.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate the Lean Manufacturing implementation at group level through:

• Implementing OEE
• Reducing Waste
• Implementing KANBAN
• Training and leading Value-Stream Mapping workshops
• Leading Lean Material Flow improvement workshops
• Implementing One-Piece-Flow after using Work Balancing tools

Coordinate the Six Sigma Implementation through:

• Providing Internal Green Belt Training
• Coaching and supporting Green Belts in the implementation of Six Sigma Projects
• Leading Six Sigma Projects

Support Change Processes through:

• Clear communication plans
• Providing change management trainings & Coaching
• Building global overview & plannings

Required technical skills

• Master degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent, holder of a Six Sigma Black Belt Training and a proven experience of 5 years in Lean Manufacturing
• General knowledge of ISO:9001, ISO/TS 16949
• Proficient computer skills with excellent Excel knowledge
• Fluent in English and French or German
