Production & Operations focuses on designing, managing, and improving production processes and business operations, as well as manufacturing technologies and supply chains. The role involves working with modern systems such as SAP and dashboards, some of which are self-programmed. SCM Associate Coordination (f/m/x)

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Managing continuous improvement projects in supply chain coordination in collaboration with experts
• Overseeing daily and special JIT/JIS customer calls
• Coaching junior colleagues on process workflows
• Planning weekly and daily production for complex or new series using HEIJUNKA, considering customer orders, capacity, and raw material availability
• Monitoring and managing raw material and finished product stocks in SAP, ensuring accuracy
• Processing and verifying customer EDI orders and raw material receipts via EDI/WEB-EDI, and providing analysis of forecasts and stock level

This is what you bring to us:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Business Administration, or Purchasing
• 3-5 years of experience in Purchasing, Material Planning, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Strong practical knowledge and experience with SAP Modules MM, PP, and SD
• Extensive experience managing new projects and product phase-outs
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with IT applications and tools
• Business fluent in English; German and/or French language skills are advantageous
