Quality Technician (F/M/X)

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:



Perform daily business in technical and administrative aspects
Support Production (Shift) Team Leaders to ensure appropriate skill level of production and SCM teams in all quality-related process aspects
Segregation, physical assessment and documentation of suspect and not-OK parts / scrap, initiate immediate containment / corrective actions and internal complaint process (e.g. SAP -Q3)
Organize and supervise internal sorting activities of components, sub-assemblies and / or finished goods
Coordinate activities with the SCM function, 3rd party organizations, production or other involved parts
Escalate potential and actual non-conformities and deviations in accordance with the defined escalation process
Perform dispatch and layered process audits in line with process
Manage first off / last off test in line with company process (e.g. release of peel off test)

Here's what you can bring to the team:



Degree in industrial mechanics, electromechanics, industrial maintenance or similar education.
Basic knowledge of relevant Production processes and technologies
Experience with application of QVP, Q-Methods and Quality Management Systems
Knowledge of Quality related company standards and relevant customer specific requirements
Basic knowledge of product liability law
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and other software applications used in a production environment
Fluency in English, French or German is a plus
