Job Description

In this role you will be responsible to assemble and troubleshoot molds for PET applications.

Responsibilities

Assembly of PET molds and hot runner systems
Ensure precise and disciplined documentation for each tool
Detect and troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues
Work closely with the Team Coordinator, Design Engineering, and Quality Engineering to drive problem solving
Collaborate with the Test Room to understand plastic part quality issues and assess the impact of mold components on the final injected plastic part

Qualifications

Technical education as a mold maker, toolmaker, or equivalent mechanical experience (required)
Strong self-initiative, high personal integrity, and reliability
Team-oriented with the ability to work in a challenging and dynamic environment
English communication skills are an advantage, as we operate in an international environment
Willingness to work in a two-shift system with weekend coverage

Stellenbeschreibung

In dieser Position sind Sie für die Montage und Fehlerbehebung von Formen für PET-Anwendungen verantwortlich.

Aufgaben

Montage von PET-Formen und Heißkanalsystemen
Sicherstellung einer präzisen und disziplinierten Dokumentation für jedes Werkzeug
Erkennung und Behebung mechanischer, pneumatischer und elektrischer Probleme
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Teamkoordinator, der Konstruktionsabteilung und der Qualitätsabteilung, um die Problemlösung voranzutreiben
Zusammenarbeit mit dem Testraum, um Qualitätsprobleme bei Kunststoffteilen zu verstehen und die Auswirkungen von Formkomponenten auf das endgültige Spritzgussteil zu bewerten

Qualifikationen

Technische Ausbildung als Formenbauer, Werkzeugmacher oder gleichwertige mechanische Erfahrung (erforderlich)
Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, hohe persönliche Integrität und Zuverlässigkeit
Teamorientiert mit der Fähigkeit, in einem herausfordernden und dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, da wir in einem internationalen Umfeld tätig sind
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Zweischichtbetrieb mit Wochenenddienst

À ce poste, vous serez chargé d'assembler et de dépanner des moules pour des applications PET.


Responsabilités

Assemblage de moules PET et bloc chauds
Assurer une documentation précise et rigoureuse pour chaque outillage
Détecter et résoudre les problèmes mécaniques, pneumatiques et électriques
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le coordinateur d'équipe, l'ingénierie et l'équipe qualité afin de contribuer activement à la résolution de problèmes
Collaborer avec l'équipe test-room afin de comprendre les problèmes de qualité des pièces plastiques et être capable d'identifier l'impact de chaque composant du moule sur la pièce plastique injectée

Qualifications

Formation technique de mouliste, outilleur ou expérience mécanique (obligatoire)
Personne faisant preuve d'initiative, d'une grande intégrité personnelle et d'une forte fiabilité
Esprit d'équipe et capacité à travailler dans un environnement exigeant et stimulant
La maîtrise de l'anglais est un atout, car nous travaillons dans un environnement international
Disponibilité pour travailler en postes avec une couverture le week-end
