We're hiring: Authorised Manager – Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) | Compliance & AML/CFT

Andreas Capital S.A. is strengthening its governance and is looking for a Luxembourg-based Authorised Manager to take the role of Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and lead our second-line Compliance and AML/CFT function.

This is a role for someone who likes things clear: ownership sits with you, expectations are explicit, and we care about controls that work in practice - and stand up when the CSSF or auditors read every word.

What you'll do

Act as Authorised Manager and assume Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) responsibility (second line)
Run the compliance framework end-to-end: MiFID II / conduct of business, policies & procedures, control plan, monitoring, reporting
Own AML/CFT governance and controls: risk-based approach, monitoring, escalation/reporting, documentation and evidence
Keep segregation of duties real: constructive challenge to first line, clear accountability, clean decision trails
Handle regulatory/audit follow-ups: precise responses, structured remediation, timely delivery

What we're looking for

Proven Luxembourg compliance experience (investment firm / asset manager / ManCo / bank)
Strong working knowledge of MiFID II and Luxembourg AML/CFT in practice
Independent judgement and strong drafting skills (policies, procedures, regulator responses)
Comfortable operating in a lean set-up with short decision lines
Fluent English is mandatory (French/German is a plus)

Practical

Luxembourg-based with meaningful on-site presence (hybrid possible by arrangement)
Full-time preferred (open to 32–40h/week for the right profile)
Start: as soon as possible
