Historically, the festival showcased predominantly Italian, Portuguese, Cape Verdean, and Spanish communities. Today, it has expanded to include associations from China, Pakistan, and other continents. From Saturday to Sunday, these groups offer visitors a vibrant glimpse into their cultures at LuxExpo.
Once again, more than 400 stands – from associations, institutions, and cultural groups – will offer information, food and crafts, inviting visitors to meet and connect. Writers, artists, and international guests will join debates, talks, performances, exhibitions, and screenings focused on today’s major social and geopolitical issues.

Jobseekers in Luxembourg will have the opportunity to connect with nearly 145 potential employers at the upcoming Moovijob fair, as organisers brace for a high turnout in a strained job market. The fair, a key event in the country’s recruitment calendar, provides an opportunity for attendees to present their CV and cover letter directly to employers. However, those planning to attend are advised to come prepared.

For three days, the Glacis in Luxembourg City will be transformed into a slice of rural life. With the fifth edition of ‘Farm in the City’, the Luxembourg Rural Youth and Young Farmers association aims to once again give the public the opportunity to experience, understand, and taste Luxembourg’s agriculture. Beyond providing information about food production, the event also aims to make the realities of the farming profession more understandable, foster dialogue with the public, and offer visitors a glimpse into farmers’ daily lives.

The Digital Discovery Day is an interactive rally for Cycle 4 children and their parents, where families explore the digital world together through fun workshops and challenges covering topics like gaming, AI, and online safety. The event focuses on shared learning and open dialogue, aiming to build digital skills within families while fostering lasting communication between parents and children – no prior knowledge required, just curiosity.

The ‘relais pour la vie’ (relay for life) is back for its 21st edition! Organised by the Cancer Foundation, this 24-hour solidarity event invites teams to walk or run in support of cancer patients and their loved ones. Join in at the Coque or take part online – whenever and wherever suits you. Funds raised over the weekend will go towards the Cancer Foundation’s missions: supporting research, prevention, and assistance for patients and their families. A great cause, open to all!
What: Comedians try spicy sauces

Five comedians go head-to-head across four rounds, tackling four increasingly fiery sauces – all under the watch of one MC keeping the energy high. The challenge? Make the crowd laugh the hardest while powering through the heat. It’s part comedy show, part endurance test, as contestants brave mouth-burning sauces before stepping up to deliver their acts. Only one comedian will walk away victorious in this unique battle where the tears might not just be from laughter!
