In 15 cases, private people violated the curfew without authorisation and were subsequently fined. Among them were two men that continued drinking in a bar in Gare until 11.30 pm. 14 people were caught in the context of a larger check around Wiltz and Echternach, as they were also out past the allowed time.
The police announced continuing with the routine checks and thus issued a reminder about the most pertinent measures currently in place:
1. No more than 2 guests from the same household
2. Curfew between 11.00 pm and 6.00 am
3. Restaurants, bars, and cafés remain shut
