For Luxembourg, the situation continues to evolve positively and the weather conditions for the coming days are favourable due to the wind forecasts.

The concentrations of fine particles PM10 and PM2.5 in the air is low and stable, the government wrote in a press release on Friday, but promised to continue closely monitoring the situation.

Three additional devices have now been installed in the north of the country to measure air quality. The results of these measurements as well as the hourly values of the air quality measurement network are available on emwelt.lu.

The following instructions also apply: If smoke is detected in the air, doors and windows should be closed.
