A police patrol discovered a body shortly before 8am on Thursday morning in the tunnel near the European Convention Center Luxembourg in Kirchberg, in the car park beneath the Philharmonie.

The public prosecutor has assigned the judicial police to investigate the case. An autopsy has been ordered to establish the cause of death and to identify the deceased.
