The Chamber of Commerce has nothing good to say about the new bankruptcy law, stating that the repressive aspect takes precedence over the preventative one.
They also criticise the lack of difference made between an honest entrepreneur whose business model didn't work out as hoped, and a dishonest businessperson.
Additionally they suggest that the legal text in the new document isn't always suitable for small businesses - a huge issue given that these smaller ventures constitute 99% of the entire sector.
