Together with the food safety authorities, Delhaize decided to recall the product line due to elevated traces of pesticide residue. The supermarket chain further announced that safety checks will be increased in the future. No other products by the brand in question were affected by the callback procedures.
Clients may return the mixture to one of the Delhaize branches in order to be compensated. The remaining stock has already been removed from shelves.
