Shortly after 9pm, the police received calls about a man who was causing a ruckus at the hospital. A police patrol immobilised the intoxicated man and seized a knife.
Since the man's behaviour became increasingly aggressive and he presented a danger to himself and others, the officers decided to detain him for the night.
