Passers-by spotted the beagle on the rooftop and alerted emergency services in time to rescue the dog.
The Luxembourg City fire brigade deployed a team to the scene, which first set up a life net before accessing the rooftop with the help of a ladder.
Once rescued, the ‘smiling’ dog was photographed in the safe hands of one of the firefighters who conducted the mission. The dog did not suffer a single scratch and has since been returned to its owners.
