Minister for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Lex Delles and Minister Delegate for Digitalisation Marc Hansen provided this information in their official response to the parliamentary enquiry by MP Myriam Cechetti from the Left (FR).

Government brochures, pamphlets, and flyers do not have to be printed within the Grand Duchy. In response to MP Cechetti's proposal of making it mandatory for the government to commission Luxembourgish printing businesses, both ministers stated that it is neither possible to do so, nor permitted by EU regulations.

The Government IT Centre (CTIE) is tasked with commissioning the prints for all ministries and finding the cheapest available offer. The majority of documents are still being printed by Luxembourgish businesses, the ministers further conveyed in their response.
