After the 2020 edition was only held in digital format, students and organisers were able to meet in presence again at this year's fair.

Slowly yet steadily, the time of the year when senior high school students have to decide on their academic future is approaching.

Over the course of last week, more than 200 universities and institutions participated in the first part of the student fair, during which they provided insight and downloadable material via an online platform. All documents will remain accessible until the end of the month.

The fair then concluded with a physical meeting in the “Maison du Savoir” (“House of Knowledge”) at the Belval university campus on Saturday. Organisers now want to evaluate the success of the hybrid model to decide on the structure of next year’s event.

Finally, government officials also presented a new website, called mengstudien.lu, which is set to replace the former Cedies platform and help orient future students and fulfil their academic aspirations.
