Yesterday morning my thermometer said it was 8 °C out, and so I headed out sans gloves and scarf, but luckily wearing a decently warm autumn-appropriate jacket. This was a mistake - at least the first part - because it felt far colder than 8 °C. More like 0 °C, really, and I suspect today will be much the same.
The morning will start off under a cover of clouds, which will lighten to let the odd ray of sunshine through come afternoon.
Morning temperatures will start off from 5-7°C, reaching 7-9°C in the afternoon, and dropping back down to 4-6 °C in the evening. Incidentally, that’s exactly what the forecast said for yesterday.
