The accident occurred just before 8.00 am on Wednesday.
A witness to the accident told RTL: "The motorcyclist was on the floor when I arrived, and multiple people were trying to help".
An ambulance quickly arrived to look after the motorcyclist. ACL confirmed the accident at about 8.15 am and warned of traffic delays in the area.
