From midnight on Saturday 22 October, the price per litre for SP 98 falls to €1.945 (-1.3 cents).
With no movement on other fuels, this leaves diesel still significantly more expensive than petrol. A litre of unleaded SP 95 remains fixed at €1.717, against €2.021 for diesel.
The government also announced a price drop for 50 ppm heating fuel: to €1.358 (-4.4 cents).
