After Luxembourg's primary school and first-year secondary school students already started their new school year on Wednesday and Thursday respectively, the rest of the secondary school students return to their classrooms on Friday.
Over 49,000 adolescents are enrolled in the country’s 47 public and private secondary schools or training centres for the 2021/2022 school year.
The most students (2,028) are enrolled at Lycée Technique du Centre (LTC).
A total of 5,003 teachers, 55% of whom are women, will take care of the students.
