In their joint response, Ministers Taina Bofferding and Henri Kox underlined that the service disruptions, which occurred on 22 June, only had small repercussions on the police force. An external audit has since been commissioned to prevent the malfunction from repeating itself in the future.
The Ministers further underlined that an enquiry showed that the disruptions were caused by hardware problems, and not by the software, as suggested by the three CSV MPs.
