This places Mischel back on the ADR national committee after she was forced to step down in December following a controversial Facebook post. On Monday 9 December, 2019, it was decided Mischel would relinquish the vice-presidency of the party as well as her position as president of the women's arm.
In a statement released on Monday the women's section confirmed they had voted Mischel back in as president. The statement also queried the usefulness of the National Council of Women in Luxembourg, claiming it was no longer a representative organisation, instead pushing a left-wing ideology.
